  • Silk and Fat Session showbands are the headliners for the Arellano Law 2009 -after- bar- party on September 27, Sunday. The party as organized by the Bar Ops and Student Council will again be an opportunity for the alumni to show support, participate and have a blast. Venue is again at Bagaberde Roxas Boulevard with entrance at 7pm. Tickets for students and alumni are priced at Php300 and Php1000 respectively. Tickets cover entrance, shows and drinks (until supply of 2,000 bottles lasts).

  • The Alumni Affairs link in the Arellano School of Law website waw launched in order to facilitate communications with all graduates. This will help build and strengthen the network of alumni and assist them in their careers and practice. All law school graduates are enjoined to visit the website.

  • Likewise launched are the various email and website accounts that will further encourage the alumni to interact and stay wired to the school. The objective is to reach and solicit feedback from alumni who will be contacted through the email accounts they provided in their alumni information sheet.

  • Alumni are enjoined to attend the September Saturday masses offered for the barristers. The masses are usually scheduled at 6pm. Tables for the alumni will be RESERVED at the rear of the room. First come first served. No seat reservations.

  • The mass celebrants are as follows:

    September 5 - Rev. Fr. Edgardo "Egai" de Jesus, PhD

    September 12 - Rev. Bishop Teodoro Bacani Jr., DD

    September 19 - Rev. Arch Bishop Ramon Arguelles, DD

    September 26 - Rev. Fr. Edgardo "Egai" de Jesus, PhD

  • An Alumni Affairs booth will be established at the Arellano section of the Sheraton Hotel as well as at the 2009 bar site. Taking advantage of the month long event, the weekend booth (to be manned by the AAAO staff and volunteers) will provide a venue for alumni members to update their membership and establish the much needed links to the office, school and association. All those interested to man the alumni booth will please contact the AAAO office (tel. 4043098 loc. 33).

  • Alumni Christmas Giving will be launched during the bar month as well. Boxes for whatever donations and offerings will be made available at the Alumni booth for the purpose. Special mention for the children and the elderly as the intended recipients should be noted.

  • The Alumni Association is welcome to all proposals, suggestions and feedbacks from the alumni on how to strengthen the Chiefs. You may address them to Judge Caridad Grecia-Cuerdo, President and drop the same at the AAAO or authorized boxes.
