ABOT KAMAY

SINO ANG ABOT KAMAY?

Ang Abot Kamay ay isang proyekto ng Arellano University School of Law Office of the Legal Aid na inilunsad ngayon August 2021. Ito ay binubuo ng mga abogado at mga student interns na boluntaryong nagbibigay ng kanilang serbisyo sa programa at sa mamamayan. Layunin ng proyektong ito na makapagbigay ng libreng serbisyo sa mga nangangailangan o indigents sa pamamagitan ng online legal consultation.

Maari kayong kumunsulta sa pamamagitan ng pag-fill out ng Google Form kalakip ang inyong Certificate of Indigency sa pamamagitan ng pag-uupload nito. Kung kayo ay may katanungan, maari po kayong mag message dito sa aming Facebook page. Maraming Salamat.

(Abot Kamay is a project of Arellano University Schoo of Law - Office of the Legal Aid launched last August 2021. It aims to provide free services to indigents in need by providing online legal consultation. Abot kamay is composed of lawyers and student interns who are freely and voluntary offering their services to the project and to those in need.

  1. SINO ANG MAARING KUMUNSULTA
    Ang libreng konsultasyong legal mula sa AUSL OLA Online Legal Mission ay para sa mga indigents
    (The free consultations from AUSL OLA Online Legal Mission may be availed by indigents.)

  2. CERTIFICATE OF INDIGENCY
    Ihanda and Certificate of Indigency mula sa local na barangay kung saan ka naninirahan. Ipasa ito sa AUSL OLA.
    (Prepare your Certificate of Indigency from the local barangay where you reside. This will be submitted to AUSL OLA.)

  3. LUMAPIT SA TANGGAPAN
    Kung ikaw ay isang indigent na may katanungang legal, maarin kang lumapit sa Online Legal Mission ng AUSL OLA sa Facebook.
    (For free online legal consultations access the Online Legal Mission Facebook Page or other available online platforms.)

  4. ISUMITE ANG FORMS
    Isumite ang mga kinakailangang dokumento. Bayaran ang naaangkop na bayad, kung mayroon man (nag-iiba bawat barangay).
    (Submit the required documents. Pay the applicable fee, if any (varies from each barangay).)

  5. HINTAYIN ILABAS ANG COI
    Hintayin ilabas ang Certificate. Ito ay karaniwang iang araw na proseso lamang. Ito ay pirmado ng Punong Barangay, pinatunayan ng barangay Secretary at pipirmahan din ng taong naghihingi ng naturang "certificate of indigency".
    (Wait for your Barangay Certificate to be released since it is mostly a one-day process. It is signed by the Punong Barangay, attested by the Barangay Secretary and to be signed by the client who requested such certificate of indigency.)

SINO ANG ISANG INDIGENT?

Ang isang indigent ay isang taong walang sapat na pera o pag-aari na maaring magamit para sa pagkain, tirahan at mga pangunahing pangangailangan para sa kanyang sarili at sa kaniyang pamilya. At siya rin ay wlang kakayahan o kapasidad na bayaran ang serbisyo ng isang abogado pagkatapos isaalang-alang ang kanyang pangunahing pangangailangan para sa kaniyang arili at sa kanyang pamilya.

An indigent is one who has no money or property sufficient and available for food, shelter and basic necessities for himself and his family . The test for indigency shall not be based on a set financial amount but rather on the capacity to afford the services of counsel after considerinig his or her basic necessities for himself or herself and his or her family. (Rule 3, Section 21 of the Rules of Court)

  1. PUMUNTA SA BARANGAY HALL
    Pumunta sa Barangay Hall or Municipal Hall kung saan ka nakatira. Sabihin sa barangay / municipal officer and inyong pakay na kumuha ng Certificate of Indigency
    (Visit the Brangay Hall or Municipal Hall in your place of residence. Inform the officer that you are applying for a Barangay Certificate of Indigency.)

  2. PARA SA MGA DOKUMENTO
    Tanungin ang namamahala tungkol sa mga dokumento na kailangan mong iprosesobago ka mabigyan ng "Cetificate of Indigency"
    (Ask the person in charge about the documents that you need to process before you can be given a certificate of indigency.)

  3. APPLICATION FORM
    Humingi ng Application form (Barangay Indigency Form - nag-iiba bawat barangay.) Ilagay ang iyong pangalan, tirahan, edad at layunin or pakay sa paghingi ng certificate of indigency.
    (Request for the Application form (Barangay Indigency Form - varies from each barangay.) State your name, address, age and purposeof the certificate of indigency.)

  4. ISUMITE ANG FORMS
    Isumiteang mga kinakailangang dokumento. Bayaran ang naaangkop na bayad, kung mayroon man (nag-iiba bawat barangay).
    (Submit the required documents. Pay the applicable fee, if any (varies from each barnagay.).)

  5. HINTAYIN ILABAS ANG COI
    Hintayin ilabas ang Certificate. Ito ay karaniwang isang araw na proseso lamang. Itoay pirmado ng Punong Barangay, Pinatunayan ng Barangay Secretary at pipirmahan din ng taong nanghingi ng naturing na "certificate of indigency".
